  • Cost: This method incurs an additional fee, which will be shown during the checkout process.

Shipping Process

2. Order Tracking:
   Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

In-Store Pickup

• We offer the option for in-store pickup. If you choose this option, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

• Pickup Hours: Orders can be picked up during our opening hours of 10 am - 3 pm in San Juan, PR.

Changes and Shipping Issues
